It takes a while to get your head around this one!
It’s simply saying think “customer back” rather than “offer what you can make/provide and sell”
Of course, there’s a happy medium where you are doing both.
And then you get to the sweet spot where you provide your customers with products and services you know will sell really well.
Easily said and in fact easily done too, with the right attitude, and the time/space and people to do it.
I frequently talk ‘customer centricity’ with businesses, and observe their organisation and help tilt it towards the customer.
After all, more customers mean more sales, more profit, more of everything!
And I don’t follow many business and marketing “gurus” either, but I like Seth, he has some great thoughts, and glasses too, very distinctive!
