I appreciate as a marketer, I think far too hard about brands, as the range of functional and emotional benefits which constitute the brand and a consumer interaction with it πŸ‘

Here at the flagship UK store, the brand gets an 8 out of 10 (that is good from me). I am very demanding!

Lavazza have a fantastic brand positioning, and they are close to delivering against it. But they could do better! πŸ˜‰

The experiential needs to be more β€œItalian”, more authentic, Lavazza need to try just a little harder πŸ€”
